Out through Jalan Mat Salleh onto Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, join the Jalan K.K. Bypass, then Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen up the coast to Jalan Pasir.

Turn off Jalan Tuaran Lama into Lorong Juta and you are at Plaza Juta Likas. We are on the first floor, Lot 20, Block B — above Digi Likas, up the stairs beside the Digi centre, same row as Pizza Hut and KFC Likas, near Servay.

Ten kilometres end to end, and there are clinics closer to the airport side of town. The bypass keeps it straightforward, but it is still a proper drive rather than a hop.
